How do I become a client of Your Fairy Dog Mother and Co. MKE?

  • Fill out a new client inquiry right here on our website!

  • A team member will reach out to you within 48 hours to schedule a meet and greet. If you do not hear back from us - check your spam folder. 99% of the time my emails go to your spam folders.

  • A link to our client portal will be sent via email. You will be prompted to activate and set up an account for your pet. We use Time To Pet.

  • Once a meet and greet is scheduled, a team member will come to your house to get to know you and your pet. This is a great opportunity to discuss what services you are interested in and go over any questions or concerns you may have for us.

How far in advance do I need to schedule the service?

  • We encourage our clients to schedule services as far in advance as possible to ensure availability.

  • Always a good idea to have weekly walks scheduled at least 1 week in advance.

  • If you find yourself needing last minute services, Time To Pet does not let you book less than 24 hours in advance. Feel free to shoot me an email or a message in the portal letting me know your needs. Nothing is a guarantee but worth a shot!

  • Boarding services book out 3 months in advance. However, there are usually “last minute” spots open. Check in as soon as you know your travel plans.

What is your cancellation policy? How do I cancel a service?

  • We understand things come up! We ask that you cancel your services as soon as possible.

  • There is no fee for last minute cancellations. However, if it becomes a pattern, a 5$ cancellation fee will be added to your invoice for each time it occurs.

  • We ask that all cancellations be made through Time To Pet.

  • In the event that you forget about a scheduled service. If a walker gets to your address and the service can not be completed, you will still be charged for that service.

What do we do during inclement weather?

  • Safety is our first priority.

  • Our walkers are prepared to walk in all the elements!

  • In the case of extreme heat/ cold weather - Your dogs are monitored very carefully while outside. If/when showing signs of discomfort, the walk will be cut short and finished inside.

  • Walkers will provide enrichment, extra play time, or couch cuddles once back inside.

What do I need to supply?

  • Walkers will come with poop bags and treats.

  • We try to use single ingredient treats. If your dog has an allergy please let us know. If you feel more comfortable, feel free to leave treats out with a note about it in the portal.

  • All you have to provide is the gear. We do not use prong collars, so please either supply a flat collar or harness.

  • For decompression walks, we supply the long lines. We ask that you supply the leash for basic walks.

Is Your Fairy Dog Mother and Co. MKE insured?

  • Yes!! Your Fairy Dog Mother and Co. MKE and all of our walkers are insured and bonded for each service we offer.

What if my household has more than 1 pet?

  • No problem! For any 15 minute, 30 minute, and hour long walks, a 5$ charge will be added on to your service for an additional pet that you want included in the service.

  • There is no additional pet fee applied to cat or small animal check ins.

Do you guys work on holidays?

  • We do! Holiday services book up fast! We suggest you reach out regarding holiday needs as soon as you have them. My team is not required to work on holidays so sometimes availability may be limited.

  • A 20$ holiday fee will be added on to each service request.

  • Holidays include: New Years Eve, New Years day, Easter, Memorial Day, Labor Day, Fourth of July, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, and Christmas Day.
